POLICY
PAYMENTS

When securing your appointment online you will be asked to enter your card details, this is as a security measure & will not charge your card, this card can be charged at the end of your appointment if you choose so, otherwise we have both cash & card payments available.
LATE ARRIVALS
​
Please plan your trips carefully and notify us if you anticipate being late. Arriving more then 15 minutes late to your appointment will lead to automatic cancellation ( fees will apply )
NO SHOWS
​
Not showing to your appointment will result in the total service amount being charged to your provided card on file. Any outstanding amounts could result in a total ban from Studio k.
CANCELLATIONS
​
Sh*t happens and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment, we get i. if you do need to cancel please try your hardest to do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. if you cancel less then 24 hours before your appointment, we will be charging the card on file 50% of the booking fee.
AFTER HOURS
​
After hours bookings are available upon request, Please direct message me to book an after hours appointment. A fee of $20 will apply to any appointments out of business hours.
REFUNDS
​
Please be aware that we only offer refunds in circumstances where there is a major issue with a service. If you have a major problem with our service. we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, pending issue we may offer a refund.

WED - 10AM > 4PM
THURS - 10AM > 4PM
FRID - 10AM > 4PM
